THE DETAILS / 01

Make ownership explicit

A partnership works better when each team knows its role. The agreement defines the business activities, clinical responsibilities, patient handoffs, billing arrangements, and support commitments for your program.

  • Clinic brand, marketing, and business responsibilities
  • Participating clinical group and provider responsibilities
  • Administrative and technology implementation scope
  • Billing, reporting, and ongoing support ownership
THE DETAILS / 02

Connect economics to actual services

Commercial arrangements depend on the work performed and the applicable program requirements. Any clinic compensation needs an approved methodology, with the relevant collections basis, adjustments, and timing clearly defined.

  • Confirm setup and recurring program fees
  • Identify included and optional services
  • Document any approved compensation schedule
  • Define reporting, adjustments, and payment timing
THE QUESTIONS THAT MATTER

A little more
clarity.

Is there one price for every clinic?

Your scope and commercial terms are confirmed in a written proposal and agreement. The review considers the services, operational needs, and structure of the program.

Is compensation based on every dollar billed?

Not necessarily. Billed charges differ from collections. Any compensation follows the approved written methodology and its definitions, adjustments, and applicable requirements.

Does the business control medical decisions?

No. Licensed clinicians retain authority over clinical decisions, treatment, prescribing, and clinical documentation. Commercial arrangements do not purchase clinical control or patient referrals.
